Will has been a lifelong lover of food, writing, and adventure.
He worked in India for a year after completing his bachelor's degree, before returning to the United Kingdom to pursue his passion for food by working. He worked with some of Europe's most exciting food startups, including recipe kit company Gousto, dark kitchen business Taster, and robot cooking pioneers Remy Robotics. In 2021, the same passion for food led him to move to Spain to learn to cook, training in some of the country's best restaurants and working in luxury hospitality brands such as Relais & Châteaux and Four Seasons, before becoming a private chef. As a writer, Will has contributed to Daily Meal and Tasting Table, providing readers with his insight into the world of food.
Education
Will has a bachelor's degree in English language and literature from the University of Oxford and a master's degree in culinary arts, innovation, and kitchen management from EUHT Sant Pol de Mar. He also has a WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Level 1 qualification.
