Elizabeth began her career as a writer in 2015 when she left her entertainment job in Los Angeles to travel the world and explore different cultures, cuisines, and experiences. Her travels led her to Colombia's coffee region, where she launched her first business, a coffee subscription and augmented reality content business, at the age of 26. She has since built other content-focused businesses and written food and culture-focused content for publications such as Lonely Planet, Matador Network, Big 7 Travel, Europe Travel Insider, and various others, while working as a consultant and collaborating on content for brands like Hyatt Hotels, Australia's tourism board, and more. She currently lives in Lisbon, where she co-owns an SEO agency and spends her free time exploring Europe in search of great coffee and unique restaurants.

Elizabeth has a B.A. in Film, Television & Digital Media from UCLA's School of Theater, Film, & Television.
