Before her writing career, Chelsea followed in her family's footsteps and spent 15 years in the food industry, cross-training in baking and hot foods. Although she doesn't cook professionally anymore, she's an avid home cook who looks forward to creating unique birthday cakes for her children each year.

Education

Chelsea has an associate's degree from Arizona State University and trained directly under world-renowned chefs and bakers.
