If you are coming here with a group, make sure to make reservations because it is a popular and highly rated restaurant that gets crowded fast! Staff is very friendly and will help accomodate. Despite being a hotel bar, it is really a unique experience. Try the "Green With Envy" (amaro meletti, green chartreuse, mint, honey syrup & egg white) or "Skip & Go Naked" (plymouth gin, woodward ale & lemon juice) cocktails. If you go for brunch be sure to try their Sourdough Blueberry Pancakes.

  • if you really want to misspend a Sunday night, why not watch 2 awesomely-talented bartenders go mano a mano in an Iron Chef-style competition in the atmospheric swank bar? September 26, 8 PM-12AM.
  • Dishes are portioned to be shared, and come out when ready. We got a special flatbread w/ Vidalia onions, asparagus tips and wild mushrooms. It was splendid, and so was the house-smoked veal pastrami.
  • Cocktail Wars At Woodward - The weekly Sunday night competition where a field of 32 of Boston's best barkeeps go head to head in an Iron Chef style surprise ingredient mixing contest.
  • St. Valentine's Day Massacre at the Woodward - Bringing the 20's back with period cocktails, flapper styles (aka hot chicks) & a swing band. Save the date for February 14th.
  • The duck confit flatbread is so fricking good.
  • Great vibe at the bar. Very attentive bar tenders
  • The short rib tortellini is fantastic. As are the fries. Top it off with the squash & blue cheese flat bread (yeah, i know it's a pizza).
  • Come here on a Saturday night to hear NOW 7 on loop.

  • Michael O'Connor, the GM, is a sweetheart. Formerlyof Mistral, and Banque. Current chef if from Mistral. Food & drinks are all AWESOME. Upstairs space is quieter. This place's the best. :-)
  • The upstairs room is really really loud. Consider yourself warned. :)
