Tips

  • I work in the Little Village and have quite a few Mexican choices. I am declaring this place #1 in the area as of today. Steak tacos are an excellent choice if you choose Tio.
  • Great all around taqueria. Carne asada tacos are especially good.
  • The fresh waters are amazing- Ditch the pop and agua de horchata for once!
  • Classic carne asada tacos. The salty, generous portions of charred skirt steak are sliced into strips, topped with freshly diced onion and cilantro, and lime wedges on the side.
  • The carne asada taco is cooked to order, salted well and spritzed with a touch of lime, and the al pastor is rubbed with rust-colored adobo paste, which features a serious hit of garlic and oregano.
  • Enchiladas are amazing. Tortas are on point as well.
  • Tacos are solid, but the Carne en su Jugo is something special
  • Best mole enchiladas!!! Ask for guacamole on the side omg the best!!
  • Enchiladas verdes and the agua de Horchata!
  • This place looks so much nicer now that its remodeled. Food is still FANTASTIC.
  • Carne en su Hugo is the best I have ever had! Limonada is yummy too!
  • Try the Carne Asada Taco.
  • Pastor tacos are heaven!!! Dat onion!
  • Hey, what happened to the green sauce? It used to be good, now it's too spicy
  • Ask for the guacamole salsa for your chips. It's addictive
  • You gotta try this olace. Try Carne asada tacos
  • Good place for lunch meetings. The food is fresh and good quality. Recommended!
  • Carne asada, chile relleno tacos
  • Excellent food, true authentic Mexican food.
  • Though simple, the taco filled with slightly-charred skirt steak, onions, cilantro, and lime comes together in wonderful harmony.
