Stella!, in chef Scott Boswell’s own words, is a mix of "the elegance of French, the simplicity of Italian, combined with Asian flavors and bold Creole accents." That much mixing and matching of cuisines could be trouble for an inexperienced chef, but Boswell, a veteran of kitchens from Provence to Florence to Tokyo, takes on the challenge with gusto, and succeeds.   • This French Quarter spot is known for its local chef with exquisite execution. Taste the BLTs with foie gras and truffle-scented lobster for a different, delicious twist on an old favorite.
  • If you're looking for first class service, high-end atmosphere and exquisite food, Stella is the first place you should look. The 4-course pre-fixe is divine & the caviar experience is unforgettable.
  • The best scallops ever. Ever

  • Try the Duck 5 Ways - It's official! I've died and gone to heaven!!! Perfection attained!
  • veal sweet breads, foie gras, french toast (candied walnuts + tahitian vanilla bean ice cream + crisp plantains!!) & french fried chicken! grilled cheese w/ candied pecans, nutella & captain crunch
