  • Everyone's right about the creamy polenta. Amazing. Maybe not the best pairing with the branzino but still pretty tasty.
  • The only way to experience this place is the Tasting Menu with wine pairings. Most memorable dish I can remember was the short ribs over risotto with the truffle polenta and mushrooms. Do it right.
