Foursquare Tips

  • Their grits are the best I have ever had!
  • Really awesome and plentiful brunch. Try the fried chicken with poached eggs or the shrimp and grits with rosemary sauce. Biscuits come with both and they are phenomenal.
  • The shrimp + grits is a must! You won't be disappointed.
  • Decent enough food, but doesn't hold a candle to the one on Magazine St. If you experience only one Ruby Slipper, it's worth going the extra distance to that one
  • Fast service, pleasant staff.Worth a wait if it's busy, and the wait is usually quick. The bananas foster is worth every calorie.Photo is the eggs Benedict with pulled pork (do not remember name, sorry)
  • Delicious traditional southern breakfast menu. Brace for biscuit! - these freshly made (every 30 min) biscuits are as large as an infant's head and will be the biggest thing on your plate!
  • Ver pleased! Menu is great. Wide variety of options for all different taste buds. Bloody Mary's are good! Service -very friendly!
  • Benedict trifecta
  • Eggs Cochon...don't miss out!!
  • Something amazing about all Nola's restaurants idk but how an omelette would be this great? And the biscuit? Omg. The stuffed French toast is a great dish as well.
  • Ask for extra green beans with your Bloody Mary, you'll want them
  • Good place to have breakfast in canal street!
  • Worried about the wait? Download the Nowait App and put yourself in line before you arrive. Once you're there, get the Migas and Brandy Milk Punch (add the espresso!)
  • Costa Rican breaky!!!!
  • Amazingly long wait time for a table. Equally long wait for food. Sorry, not worth the wait.
  • Go for eggs cochon. Amazing simple and tasty brunch food!
  • St Charles Chicken
  • Food and service was excellent
