  • Wow great hand-pulled Chinese noodles. The Dan-Dan bowl had a nice spicy vinegary broth. Definitely coming back.
  • The handmade noodles were good but the flavoring didn't do it justice. The waiter also didn't understand the cuisine and was rude.
  • Beef noodle soup
  • The noodles are pretty damn good for Texas; variety is definitely nice, one can choose to 7 varieties hand drawn noodles; nothing else there, not even the sushi is very good...
