Foursquare Tips

  • Admire the beautiful decor and grab some coffee for the Union St. stroll - you'll need it. Then come back for seconds.
  • Great new spot on Union St. Full espresso bar, pour over, cold brew, and solid pastries!
  • A cozy little place with limited seating. Come here for a quick drink.
  • Get a "Karl the latte" seriously.
  • They make a really good flat white (off-menu)
  • Wrecking Ball is small, shiny and minimal (if you exclude its wild, pineappled wall). It's located at the peaceful end of Union in Cow Hollow and serves the best coffee on this side of the hill.
  • Matt Banbury is the best. Too bad he got kicked upstairs to Management.
  • Best shot of espresso I've had in the US.
  • The cortado, just for the glassware. Cute decor and smooth coffee!
  • They have a very strong hot chocolate
  • Latte was just OK for the price. Place is not kept very clean.
  • One of my favorite coffee spots!
  • The espresso here is phenomenal!! Baristas so friendly. The owner lectured in my coffee-making class at UCD once! Highly Cute hole in the wall :)
  • I got the cortado. I don't drink a lot espresso so I can't say it's god tier but it's delicious.
  • Cute little coffee joint that has the best coffee and pastries
  • wallpaper!
  • Really great beans roasted by them here.
  • Flat white (almond milk for vegans and lactards like me) and a croissant is the way to go
  • Cuuute with the wallpaper and hipsters, etc. Really go for the exquisite espresso and amazing walks of shame spotting on Saturday mornings.
  • Couldn't tell what they sold when I first walked it. Pleasant atmosphere but not particularly friendly.
