Tips

  • Awful Starbucks. I've been intermittently coming here for two years. Even on snowy days, I would walk a mile one way to the Capitol Hill Starbucks just to avoid this one.Staff are rude and ghetto.
  • Don't come to this location if you wanna get online because they have NO wifi.
  • Unless you have enough time to wait at the DMV in the morning, don't go to this Starbucks. Howard Schultz would be ashamed. I'm telling!
  • I am completely discusted with the service I recieved at this starbucks location. I am a very frequent Starbucks customer. this has been the worst experience I have recieved all year, and its November
  • I've been here probably 6 times since I started working at the Navy Yard..my order is ALWAYS wrong AND late..smh The Staff is poorly trained
  • Don't come here if you are in a hurry, clearly the workers are not
  • NO FREAKIN WIFI
  • Never ever go to this starbuck
  • Service is abysmal
  • Stupid local!! Expresso machince waa out so they can't make anything!! Great way to start the flippin day!!! Run away! Plus no wifi!
  • Is this the only Starbucks on the planet without wifi? Stay away from this charmer.
  • Great on the weekends, because it's mostly surrounded by offices, so not too crowded. BUT it closes early: 3pm or so.
  • The line can be long, but it moves quickly. Pay attention!
  • Order inside, app-order is not efficient...
  • No system. My food is cold before my drink arrives. But everyone else behind me has their fancy drinks. Third time this has happened.
  • One word: Chaos my two double expressos took longer than 30 peppermint latte ice cream soy machiattos ordered after me. I thought this was a coffee place first, I was wrong.
  • Worst Starbucks in DC. Walk 2 blocks east to the Harris Teeter Starbucks and never return to this place.
  • the customer service :). several times I've gotten free coffee.
  • Forever crowded and sometimes surly service, but coffee is standard Starbucks, a necessity for the long wait for bobbleheads at Nats Park.
  • The music tends to be loud. The crew Starbucks are friendly and seem like they have working fun but can be loud at times. Plenty of table space and power outlets but no sofas. Pretty busy.
