• Poor service. Staff seems to be lost. Coffee was ok, but bagel was dry and rubbery. Maybe they'll get better after they've been open for a while.

• Get the Asiago Cheese bagel with vegetable medley cream cheese. It's hands down the best breakfast combo I have found, and you come out below the price of a Mcdonalds breakfast. Do yourself a favor.

• There are plenty of smaller tables to camp out with your laptop on and the coffee is always fresh.

• Two thin slices of turkey lunch meat, really? Not cool. It's heated so the lettuce is wilted as well, which I asked for, but last time I got huge slices of meat.

• They finally got their act together and the staff is awesome! You can get any sandwich on ciabatta and heated on a panini press, instead of a full-blown panini sandwich. Good if you don't want cheese

• Wait a while until they work out the kinks. I placed a to-go order at 7:15AM and at 7:50AM it still wasn't ready. Then the staff was asking me how to make the sandwich, and made me late to work.
