Foursquare Tips

  • Enormous portions and really cheap but the broth was bland. Don't ask questions like "what is the salty lemonade" because they'll give you a weird look and respond "salty.... lemonade.."
  • If you prefer your hot tea in a tall, plastic soda cup, you've come to the right place.
  • My go-to Vietnamese place in NYC. The best pho around this neck of the woods.
  • You can't go wrong with the pho here, but if you're in the mood for something else, try the grilled Beef with rice vermicelli or chicken curry. Delish.
  • If you love Banh Beo, they have it. Although it is far from the version in Saigon
  • Tu Do is NYC's top VN'ese restaurant. Take it from a Seattlelite who has experienced hundreds of pho shops across the West Coast and in Vietnam itself. Great value, super fresh and warm service. PDP
  • Pho tai - the beef came out cooked (well done and dry) when it should be rare and my dish came out super late. Boo.
  • Been here since I was a little girl before they moved and renovated to this new location. Never disappointed. Spring roll rice vermicelli ftw!
  • The best asian food experience I had in years.
  • As a Chinatown resident let it be known this place is the best.
  • Best pho spot in Chinatown, though try their lemon grass charbroiled chicken as it's top dish. Their cafe sua da (ice coffee) is stronger than other NYC VN joints. PDP
  • Hot & sour soup w fish, spring rolls, beef/pork, and three-color dessert.
  • Bun bo hue is on point.
  • This is my go to pho place in chiantown. Good prices and the staff is very attentive, plus there is usually a place to sit.
  • Cheap, delicious, and large portions what else do you need?
  • Pho and bi cuon
  • All the pho. And it's under $8!
  • They propose a wide choice of soups i like soups and asian restaurants always have a few ones in the menu. This restaurant is not exception ) tasty soups
  • Their pho is as good as it gets around town! Broth is a little bland, but nothing some tweaks and a squeeze of lime juice won't fix. Many options, large portions, great meat & very friendly service!
  • Try the papaya salad with shrimp
