Tips

  • Excellent traditional Italian sandwiches as well as some unexpected ones (like duck). The Lamazou Favorite (prosciutto, mozzarella, red peppers and arugula) is a classic you can't go wrong with.
  • Get a sandwich from a mom & pop place that really cares about sandwiches as an art
  • wow the dudes who work here are real assholes, id rather make my own sandwich thanks.
  • lamazou favorite + Irish potato chips + San Pellengrino
  • Eat half of the Lamazou Favorite (prosciutto, mozzarella, roasted peppers) & save the other half. Now try not to touch/maul it for the next 20 minutes because it's just not possible.
  • Anything here is great. Smart Duck is my favorite. If your sandwich has horseradish on it, beware, it's serious here.
  • Some of my favorite artisan sandwiches in the city. You can't go wrong with any of them.
  • The Z'Tuna is very Z'good. spreads r wild.
  • I had massive gastrointestinal problems (read: diarrhea) after eating this and I'd still recommend. It's that good. Plus, I think the sausage needed to be cooked.
  • Wow. First time here. Got the lamoretti. Half. This second half of the half is not gonna see tomorrow. So delicious. So Worth it.
  • Best sandwiches in NYC! Get any sandwich with either the ciabatta or the semolina bread. Yum!
  • go to Lamazou and get a sandwich with cornichons. Some of the best sandwiches in the city.
  • Great sandwich at good price. Very friendly service
  • Amazing cheeses
  • The #1 caprice is so good. Such good flavor. Simple and refreshing
  • The cheese
  • Sandwiches are delicious
  • Bohemian on ciabatta is for vegetarians
  • Number 4, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, roasted red peppers, oil, and vinegar on a ciabatta. You will not be disappointed.
  • #2 is the way to go
