Tips

  • This bar is a gastropub, where food is the rule, not the exception, well, it's something to write home about.
  • Reminds me of Brooklyn except FLUSH WITH GUYS. I have never seen so few ladies drinking in a bar before. Also: Cheap beer, pork snacks, and good jukebox.
  • Pair your cocktail with a French-style hot dog, which comes on a length of hollowed-out baguette:
  • Great new bar in town with some top notch bartenders. Best old fashioned I've ever had!
  • Thursday is power ballad night, apparently. The propensity for bad music is strong with the youngins.
  • Try the food. It's amazing. The sriracha chicken, the potatoes, the pork belly bao. OMG
  • The bartenders here are shitty. If you ask them for water they scowl. If you leave the photo booth blind open they scurry from the light. Horrid people.
  • A great neighborhood bar with a great burger.
  • The food is always really good. Super awesome bartenders and service.
  • Bring cash they don't take cards
  • Great spot in the mission for a large group looking for beers and a bite. Large open space and seating.
  • Great whiskey selection. Plenty of room. Delicious food. Good (local) crowd.
  • The beer is cold and the hipsters are hot.
  • $5 whiskey and ginger beer. So good.
  • Holy Fried Chicken Bao!! Deliciously crafted fusion slider of sweet, fried, non-greasy perfection. Get 4.
  • If you intend to have a good game of pong, definitely bring your own 3star balls. Lighting is another issue you should consider.
  • Don't get shot.!
  • Try the Bacon Bonbons - Eggs wrapped in bacon? How novel!
  • Music is waaaay to loud -- especially if some emo pansy plays music. Great bourbon selection. Easy to get to. Easy place to meet people. I love Jay -- owner bartender.
  • Hit 'done' too soon. Great sliders and hot dogs too.
