Tips

  • Best meatballs ever!!
  • Menu must: go for the sweet corn ravioli!
  • thursday happy hour from 5 till close
  • Yummy! Kale Juice.
  • While there is not an ocean view, the back patio with bungalows and white leather lounge chairs by the pool is a top spot for lunch, brunch and dinner.
  • Summer time happy hour from 2-5. Drinks start at $2 and go up $1 per hour.
  • Great food, fantastic ambience, but lost its coolness. Empty on a Saturday night.
  • Take a seat at their lovely courtyard! I was here for a Christmas Eve dinner with hubby and the food was excellent!! Service was great as well!!
  • My recommendation: Flatbread with pesto, roasted mushroom, and goat cheese--a good crispy twist on a popular item. http://pointeviven.blogspot.com/2012/03/viceroy-whist-restaurant-cameo-bar-and.html
  • Very cool, modern, really interesting place to have a drink in Santa Monica. A bit expensive for a meal.
  • Lunch. Shrimp toast starter is delicious: soft and crunchy, good balance of texture, grapefruit side is lovely. Chopped veggie salad: good but a bit over dressed. Espresso with rock candy: dreamy.
  • First time here. The food is exquisite. Our server Kevin is amazing. He was very detailed.in explaining the menu and very helpful
  • Valet parking is $10 for 4 hours!!
  • Love the Beet Salad and I don't even like beets but this is amazing.
  • SM [Do] Did you know they have a rooftop herb garden where they cultivate chives, cilantro, parsley, thyme, rosemary, mint, sage, lemon verbena, chamomile, oregano and basil?
  • Enter a funny romantic story on their FB page for a chance to win dinner for 2 there!
  • Arugula salad surprisingly memorable. Pastas surprisingly al dente.
  • On the plate, the dishes are so much better than they sound from the written descriptions. The plating is elegant, the flavors succinct and focused. I just wish there were more customers.
  • Very beautiful Hotel, I could see the ocean out the front window
  • Great outdoor setting. Definitely eat in a cabana if you're part of a bigger group. $25 bottles of wine Monday and Tuesday night (cakebread, Stag's Leap...). Awesome deal!
