Foursquare Tips

  • The hot chocolate is superb as a dessert. They put some type of foam on the top, like a hot chocolate cappuccino!
  • Better than ever as they celebrate their 30th anniversary.
  • Enjoy a vegan cupcake for dessert after a nice, more upscale than most, vegetarian dining experience.
  • Veggies tasting like meat!
  • The BBQ Seitan Sandwich is the best! The Seitan Fajitas used to be excellent as well, but are no longer on the menu.
  • Amazing vegetarian, vegan & GF options. As such the age old problem persists, choosing.
  • The stuffed avocado is fantastic
  • Courtesy Veg*n Chicago by Amy Graff
  • Aztec hash is a must try!
  • French Toast Flambe - beautiful presentation w/fresh berries. Eggs Mornay to-die-for indulgence. Scrumptious vegan desserts!
  • Vegan corn muffin and Mongolian Stir Fry is one of my favorite comfort meals these days...
  • The stuffed Avacado is amazing
  • Got the barbecue seitan sandwich. It was good except for the fact that the salt must have gotten away in the sauce. It was pretty overwhelming
  • Tasty food but bit on the pricier side compared to other vegetarian restaurants I've been to.
  • Vegan gluten-free Black Forest cake...so amazing
  • Would not recommend going with toddlers. The manager seemed quite upset about our kids walking around. Food is ok.
  • great vegetarian and vegan food! everything is clearly marked so vegans can rest easy. a little on the pricy side, but it's defintely worth it
  • Thank you Courtney (server) for the amazing service. The food was amazing as usual and the dessert, phenomenal! By far one of the best Vegan restaurants in the North side area.
  • Thank god they went back to the old menu. I take back my previous review. Hearty meat-free dish. A mix of classic recipes and trendy new stuff
  • The bakery is still great but the menu is hipster rubbish now.
