  • 3 14 1/2-ounce cans chicken broth
  • 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 11-ounce bag frozen okra
  • 2 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Creole (or Old Bay) seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 Pound shrimp (peeled and deveined), cut into thirds
  • 1/2 Pound crabmeat
