Beluga Lentils with Roasted Duck

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage

  • 2 1/2 Cup chicken stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 medium yellow onion, peeled
  • 1 clove
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 shiitake mushroom caps
