Foursquare Tips

  • Italian Summer cocktail is to die for--dry, crisp, refreshing. If you're a spiller, get it on the rocks in a rocks glass.
  • This place was great, didn't have a chance to have full dinner, but cheeses were excellent and the drinks were fantastic as well. Service was great - attentive and friendly. Loved the space!
  • Post 390 has a new menu, which incorporates house-made vermouths, bitters and syrups. The G&T gets a twist with fresh lemongrass, house-made aromatic and spicy bitters, and a lemongrass tonic.
  • Get to Post 390 early on Wednesdays for the mouthwatering and authentic hot-rubbed-and-smoked St. Louis ribs. They sell out quicker than locks of Justin Biebers hair on eBay.
  • Never gotten anything here that I didn't like.
  • You must try the banana cream pie! I love it!!
  • super sweet, cinnamon roll french toast is best eaten with a side of salty home fries.
  • The upstairs bar is chiller than downstairs, and better views.
  • Must try the banana cream pie! And be sure to sit by the fire.
  • Peter P. -- best waiter ever. Also, salted caramel ice cream.
  • When someone toots @ the bar + it stinks, leave.
  • Get the Banana Cream Pie is to die
  • Post 390, busy during dinner but great after hours menu! Can't beat a seat near the fireplace for Peking Duck Potstickers and drinks!
  • go to post 390 and have the dirty water....and the beer and bacon mac & cheese. delicious!
  • Solid place for American food with a farm to table flare. Burger was good and meat/cheese platter hit the spot.
  • Tavern is great. Low key. Good food and great bar.
  • It's not that great
  • This place is a great place to take friends that are from out of town! The atmosphere, service, and menu are sure to leave your guest telling everyone the great time they had!
  • I like the atmosphere but their menu is not huge and they dont have a lot of options whish if they do :)
  • Perfectly in season, the Sweet Corn Aztec Punch at Post 390 in Boston has a brightflavor and velvety texture from a mixof lime, agave, horchata milk and frothy egg whites.
