This is the kind of restaurant you wish every town had: friendly, unpretentious, and comfortable, with efficient service, decently priced wines, a constantly changing menu that respects the seasons and draws from local farms and fishermen, and really good food — sometimes unexpected, even sort of daring. Weeknight happy hour offers $1 local oysters and $2 beer. — Colman Andrews 11/20/2012

  • This place is amazing!!! Just had the three best oysters of my life.
  • Great new restaurant! Got there in between lunch and dinner service. Sat at the Oyster bar and got a bowl of chowder and an assortment of Oysters. Yummm! Owner was really nice
  • Skip Daniel Packer Inn and head to the Oyster Club! Excellent service, amazing fresh food and a cozy ambiance. Highly recommended!
  • The deck is awesome
  • The best oysters and clams!
  • Those most delicious oysters and Riesling I have ever had in my life!
  • Patio is going to be epic... Can't wait!
  • Try the tomato ice cream. Seriously.
  • Whole menu looks incredible and the Thai fish salad was out of this world!
  • 12/8 review in The Day: strong refreshing drinks, perfect oysters and a perfectly balanced chocolate chip and bacon cookie
  • Seasonal menu
  • Really good Sunday brunch menu!
  • Best Oysters, mussels, burger, pork belly, almond brown butter cake, steak, best New England clam chowder
  • Perfection! Sure we we were at happy hour which meant $1 Oysters (perfection) 2$ of beers (great pilsner) and meatballs are to die for. Please...this is hard to pull off!
  • Great ambiance. Mama kim cocktail. Lobster roll and thai mussels are great choices.
  • Dollar oysters from 4 to 6 pm. Fresh delicious oysters which just melt in your mouth.
  • Delicious seafood and cocktails in a cute, rustic space. Oysters are the obvious must and fish mains of halibut and fluke were prepared very well with simple flavors
  • Wonderful place! Had a superb dinner. I'd definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
  • My app says "similar" to Capt Packer but this farm-to-table restaurant puts the former to shame. All ingredients procured from local farms or fresh from the sea. THIS = jewel of the CT seashore
