  • I'm usually a fan of the splitty-split, but if you're here for brunch w/ 3 peeps, I'd go splitty-split-split: Captain Crunch french toast + hash brown egg thing + breakfast burrito.
  • The short rib tacos in the downstairs bar are the tits
  • Great beer selection including $.75 Miller High Life ponies on Sunday. All the burgers are so good and definitely don't miss brunch.
  • The best menu item I've found there recently is the Tokyo burger which is prime beef, meunster cheese, pickled red onion, sprouts and wasabi mayonnaise. Replace the regular fries with truffle fries!
  • Free WiFi! UN dinner PW metprime
  • The Met Prime Blend burger with brie, a fried egg, caramelized onion and truffle mayo....AMAZING!
  • Great Bloody Mary
  • Is it just me, or are the servers kind of rude EVERY TIME. I don't think I've ever encountered a pleasant server at Met Bar and I've been enough times for it not to be an unlucky coincidence.
  • Best Kobe Sliders this side of Japan- unbelievable!!!
  • It's ok. Kind of a Back Bay resident place to meet your friends after a drunk night/brunch. Food is typically subpar for the price... so many better places in Back Bay, nevermind Boston!
  • Are you a Townhouse member?
  • Go with the Back Bay Burger which is dry-aged burger served with grafton vermont cheddar, fried onion straws, double think bacon on buttered brioche with a side of duck fat fried french fries
  • (Best of Boston 2013-SALAD) Improper says, "Business lunches are a tough thing to get just right. Everyone wants a Cobb salad and it's always hold the bacon, hold the cheese, hold the lettuce."
  • Niles has rewritten the cocktail menu and he has some great additions. New, unusual and tasty.
  • Muy lindo lugar y la comida muy bien, pero la Hostess tiene una cara de amargura que no bueeeeno!!!!!
  • The eggplant caprese for brunch- a-maz-ing. With a side of biscuits. No calorie counting here!
  • Do not get the calamari. Its more batter and less squid, and the batter is soggy, oily, and overcooked
  • Get the Bloody Mary with cucumber vodka!
  • OMG. The Kobe miniwiches r sooooo good. get the calamari with side of truffle mayo! Mmmmmm
  • Serving era-appropriate cocktails like the Gin and Sin (gin, lemon juice, orange juice, real grenadine), and snacks like shaved American ham on a biscuit with Velveeta cheese.
