Tips

  • Pesto hero with chicken balls make my knees weak
  • remember, it's not gay if the balls don't touch.
  • They sell Jello shots in case you are an asshole.
  • No matter how you choose to eat them, the meatballs are solid: juicy, well-seasoned, and tasty, if not life-changing. Good with cheap beer.
  • By far one of the best places for an after midnight movie meal and a drink. You can even get dessert at 3am!
  • Don't come here with a vegetarian.
  • Get the spicy pork meatballs! SO good.
  • Go here for some of the best (meat)balls you'll ever taste. Wash them down with a Galliano-aided whiskey root beer floats.
  • We had the bunny (rabbit) ball today for Easter. Fun and friendly place. Sliders and mashed meatballs were fun too. Skip the chicken meatballs. Love the staff "Eat My Balls" t-shirt.
  • Try "ever-so-slightly spicy pork meatballs that melt away under a cloud of Parmesan cream sauce, helping temper the heat. Dip the accompanying focaccia liberally into the bowl."
  • Making a sequel is always risky, but when you break trail & introduce liquor that's just downright ballsy. The Shop's 2nd outpost, in Williamsburg, is an example. The same ball spread prevails.
  • I crave this place deeply after a few weeks not going. Sandwiches rock, as do the naked balls with spaghetti underneath. The ice cream sandwiches are totally worth it... if you can find the room.
  • Order the risotto or spend the rest of your life in regret.
  • Get an ice cream sandwich with two different cookies if you can't decide which kind you want! (They're all good)
  • Try the Barbeque Pork & Onions Meatballs - OMGWTFBBQ!!!
  • Chicken balls with pesto is best dish I've had here. I have mine over broccoli to keep it healthy. The peanut butter, snicker doodle, and ginger snap homemade cookies rock.
  • this place smells like balls
  • Winner of Best Sandwich in the Village Voice 2011 Best Of issue! Chicken balls in a hero with mushroom sauce wins our sandwich-y salute.
  • For a joint with "Meatball" in the name there are a surprising variety of veggie options. Get your meatball on and your veggie on -- make Mom proud. (PS: There's a daily Jello shot for $3!)
  • Try the kitchen sink, it's awesome!!
