McCormick Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., Nov. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.43 to $0.47 per share on its common stocks, payable January 17, 2017 to shareholders of record December 30, 2016.  This marks the 31st consecutive year that the Company has increased its quarterly dividend.  At $0.47, the quarterly dividend is more than double the amount paid in 2007.
