  • Along with amazing food, the Ivy holds a lovely Bridget Riley painting that I licked when I was 16.
  • Honest opinion is an outdated menu, not that well prepared food, cocktails good and decent intimate dining you come to be seen but the food Is uninspiring and boring.
  • Don't expect anything special from this place. Very over hyped. The food was ordinary, very disappointing.
  • I go there every year for my birthday. Amazing. Get the Shirley Temple cocktail.
  • Sticky toffee pud is to due for but the venison is king !
  • The best sticky toffee pudding - must leave room for it
  • Asked for the chop sticks and was told no, even after 300 quid meal. What a joke.
  • Starry, Fashionable, Electic!
  • Don't go upstairs.
  • The Shepherd's Pie is to die for.
  • You must have the fish and chips here.
  • The bar is a great place to sit and watch the action from a central place in the restaurant.Easy to walk in and perch up with a wonderful drink and meal. Great service, great wine list.
  • Delicious starters. Unfortunately, the restaurant experienced a power cut while we were dining. The owner handled the situation meticulously well and reserved a table for us in a nearby restaurant.
  • Timeless classic.
  • Ribs & chicken bang bang were both delicious. Shepherds pie was great but the Parmesan courgettes aren't great. Lamb was delicious. The chocolate sundae was ok.
  • Clover club for cocktail! The Shepard pie was good as well. Wasn't a fan of the octopus with chorizo.
  • Shepherd's pie is most heart warming
  • The ambience, the decor, the service, but most of all the food - everything hunky dory. For great table side entertainment order the baked Alaska (only for two)
  • For starters The barbeque squid salad worth chorizo which was simply incredible. Mains was the herb roasted monkfish - hands down best monkfish I have ever had!
  • Comfortable friendly surroundings. The kitchen produces great tasty traditional food - what a relief in a world of trendy fusion cuisine! Pudding is excellent! Wine list is quality!
