  • Not all breads are top-notch at this non-profit bakery, but we love the flaky Moroccan m'smen, rich stollen, and fresh bialys, which are the best we've had in New York.
  • Pick up multicultural breads including Armenian lavash, Moroccan flatbread and heritage-corn tortillas. New to this location: fresh masa and mini bialys, all made by women in their non-profit program.
  • Welcome to our bakery! This is where all of the delicious Hot Bread Kitchen products are freshly baked with locally grown, organic ingredients whenever possible.

  • Excellent, fresh bread. All proceeds go to the training program for low income women to become bakers. They all get a job when they graduate.

  • Here you'll find foreign-born women baking bread or pastry from their respective homelandsincluding Sephardic challah, Armenian lavash, Persian Nan-E Qandi, as well as the best bialys in the city.
  • The pecan raisin bread and the sourdough loaf are delicious!
  • Yellow Masa is terrific bright corn flavor. Nancy who makes it does a great job & is super nice. Not sure if you can order it in small amount. We order wholesale. Call & ask before you head up there.
  • They offer staples baked in a European style, such as baguettes and multi-grain loaves, along with regional specialty bread, such as authentic corn tortillas, fine lavash, Challah, Rye, Ciabatta.
