  • Make a reservation. Eat a delectable Basque-influenced dinner here. Follow recommendations, ask what's good. Don't come with a large party, it's a perfect place for a date. Eat everything.
  • Your old Iberian favorite is enjoying a performance renaissance, in tiny quarters as thick with old-country mood as any place in Seattle. And these days, theres simply no going wrong with any of it.

  • My favorite restaurant in Seattle! Sit at the bar and watch them cook (you can't make a reservation at the bar so you may have to wait). Get the Iberica and the beets. Expensive, but worth it!

  • Get a table in the cozy lower area.
  • Look for dishes like the tortilla espanola and Huevos a la Flamenca (baked eggs with chorizo, jamn serrano, fried tomato sauce and bchamel). This spot will make you think you are back in Spain.
  • Great spanish food. It has a open bar on the ground floor and dining room downstair with organic brick walls.
  • Ever been stunned by chickpeas? Try them here and you will be.
  • You can just never go wrong here. Usually ~2 veggie items on the menu. Killer aubergine.
  • Try the beet salad - loved the presentation - great take on a very salad that seems to be everywhere. The rabbit was really good as well.
  • Very pleased with the wine,cheese, and meat selections. All around a top favorite Seattle restaurant.
