Tips

  • Mmmm
  • If you want GOOD bayou classic foods like red beans and rice, shrimp creole or jambalaya ... Go across the street. It's nasty here
  • The fish n' grits with shrimp is awesome. Dig in.
  • Monica is an excellent server!
  • Crawfish season is from March till June. There is no crawfish any other time of year. If you ask for it any other time of year, you will be laughed at behind your back.
  • Best Crawfish in NOLA!
  • Never going back here. There was a giant cockroach on the wall near the kitchen, so I'm sure the place is invested & we found a parasite in the oysters! Gross place
  • Good quick service and food split the entrees its a lot of food
  • Only went in for a beer. Smelled like a men's publi restroom and there were fruit flies fluttering around the bar. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Don't go!
  • Get the crawfish. They're good.
  • try the grilled oysters in the shell with white wine sauce and cheese
  • Great place for shrimp, crawfish or crab Boils! Drinks are great as well!
  • I came here for the cheesecakes. It's tasty but you need to share because it's huge!
  • Happy hour M-F 3PM-5PM with raw oysters $.50 each.
  • Above average hurricanes, below average blackened alligator.
  • I wasn't here for crawfish or crab season but the boiled shrimp, raw oysters on 1/2 shell, and roast beef Po Boy were excellent!
  • Don't waste your time. Better food, cheaper prices elsewhere in the Quarters.
  • Gotta have boiled crawfish and BBQ shrimp
  • get a dozen fresh raw Louisiana oysters in the half shell
  • The shrimp boil is super spicy and delicious. The oysters here are the best in the city.
