  Very disappointed, rib plate to go for lunch. 5 mins and 2 miles later @work, mostly ends, scraps and cold. Manager refused to replace order unless I brought plate back, impossible on 12 hr shift.

  Very good BBQ! Got the 4 meat and each selection was moist and smokey. Try the dirty rice as one of your sides. Excellent smoked sausage!
