  • During busy times of the year, eat at the counter when you don't have a reservation. In my opinion, this is the best place to watch the master chefs teaching their students prepare everything.
  • Cooking demonstrations (weekends only) are a lot of fun!
  • Try 5 different beers! Forget wine tasting.. Finally a place for the guys to drink beer!
  • Got to check out Brother Timothy's corkscrew collection
  • Sit at the bag and watch the masters in the making at work!!
  • Attend cooking demonstrations, visit the Vintners Hall of Fame, join in on a Wine Exploration classes, or take part in a wide range of food enthusiast courses a visit here is a food freaks dream!
  • Cool gift shop where you can peer into the cooking classes through glass walls, also some cool displays like old corkscrews
  • Here you can explore some of our accelerated programs ranging from Culinary Arts to Wine and Beverage Studies.
  • After visiting the CIA head south on Hwy 29 & make a left at the 1st light: Fulton Lane and discover a secret little winery making just Petite Sirah from 150 year old vineyards! No appt needed Fri-Mon
  • Check out the CIA video on the Napa Valley Wine Tour app for iPhone from Amicis Tour and and Sutro Media.
  • Take one of their cooking classes, definitely worth it.

  • Front desk doesn't know about their own restaurant. When asking about is reservations are needed, they said no. Get there and the restaurant said reservations are needed. Extremely disappointed.
  • Great place to stop for lunch during a wine tour. Dinner on the weekend is expensive.

  • Cafe is great. Dinner is always good. Fun to do dessert here if you don't want to throw down a ton for dinner.
