  • Love it here. But they gotta invest in new towels. These shits will cut ur face. So harsh.
  • Put the weights back and you might not be a douchebag! They are marked clearly, it's not complicated like the alphabet.
  • Take Nathalie's spinning class. She rocks!

  • Take Chisel with me! Brookelyn on Sundays at 4pm, always packed, always fun and I promise you will get a great workout!
  • Looking to get long and lean? Try a Pilates Reformer class to lengthen and strengthen the body from head to toe. Ask the front desk about a free demo.
  • A more structured option to jogging in the park. The above-train-line location keeps the gym chains Prospect Heights outpost packed with workday commuters and cardio class addicts alike.
  • Nathalie is the best spin and Pilates instructor!! Awesome music and energy!!
  • Sunday Zumba with Meg is the best class I have ever taken at any Crunch. She is the light of my life.
  • Meg's Zumba class (currently on Sundays at 2 as of 4/7/13) is so much fun. She's a dancer for the Nets and has serious moves.
  • The trainers are friendly but the office cats are not at all. Once ur in it don't matter. Don't seem helpful re guess passes. $25 for a guest. Really?,
  • Place is great. Never to packed always clean and trainers always free to help with advice. Highly Recommend
  • Call ahead to see if someone in membership services is free. It took me three visits to get someone just to sign me up much less to join and tour the gym.
  • Don't sit down in the women's lockerroom. These women have no concept of hygiene.
  • Don't go Tuesday nights - they have a DJ and it's obnoxious.
  • Working out can build up quite an appetite! Bring that hunger over to Bogota Latin Bistro on 5th Avenue @ St. John's Place.We'll take care of it for you. Don't forget to 'check in', too!
  • The Ride on Monday nights is not to be missed!
  • This is one of the few locations that has a sauna. Enjoy it!
