Tips

  • Must try the Blue Crab Mac N' Cheese with jumbo lump crab and fontina cheese. It is fantastic!
  • The food is excellent! You have to try the ten spiced over wings, Korean short rib tacos, and crab Mac&cheese. Overall our first experience at City Tap House was awesome.
  • The Honey Goat Cheese pizza was beyond incredible. I'll definitely stop in next time I'm in DC!
  • Amazing. Came with 10 others for a birthday. Great ambiance (elevated area in corner), every dish was delicious (even the ribeye), and customer service top notch. Will definitely come back!
  • Pretty solid beer selection. 10 spice wings are fantastic!
  • Amazing service, warm and inviting atmosphere, beautiful layout. The food is spectacular, and the General Manager walked about to touch base, and provide informed, local knowledge and advice. Go here!
  • Get the creme brulee beer, thank me later.
  • Bacon popcorn!!! Never have I ever, but it tastes so good!
  • The Tapas were very good, great service too
  • Awesome! Perfectly diverse beer list and the food speaks to those looking for savory snacks. The management team is incredibly cute and focused on building a successful hot spot in DC!
  • The beer selection is impressive. But don't show up when it's crowded and wearing a Red Sox hat; you'll be ignored, even if you're seated at the bar.
  • Risotto Sea Scallops entree w/ red beets is delicious!
  • Honey goat cheese pizza was so good!!
  • They serve food until 1am. Get the wings!
  • Chicken & waffles. Tuesday special
  • Great pizzas !
  • Jack's Hard Cider
  • If ever in DC, this is the place to go. Service that rocks, and can practically predict what you're in the mood for.
  • Really nice place, it's new but I could see it being around for a while.
  • Beermosas at brunch are light and enjoyable and the ribs are insanely good. Food took a little long but it's a huge space with a ton of tables so it's understandable.
