Tips

  • The double cappuccino comes in a soup bowl here, apparently.
  • Look for low-key celebs supping and smoking in the sidewalk seating area.
  • Go to Caf Figaro early in the morning either before your workday or on a weekend and just chill in peace with a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant.
  • Fantastic Croque! Also, they're unaware of what a Bellini is.
  • This space was the second home of the Onyx Caf from 1988 to 1998. It was caf that catered to the emerging arts and music scene in Los Feliz in the late 80s. Regular customer included Gronk and Beck.
  • Hands down one of our fave spots! Sit outside in the sun during happy hr and have escargot and wine and pretend you're a fancy Parisian!
  • Service is slooooooow, even on a weeknight, with several open tables. A little pretentious, for what it is. The food isn't notable but it isn't bad either. Nice atmosphere.
  • Skip the desserts on the menu and instead head inside and make a selection from their fantastic pastry case.
  • Great Pastries! Decent service. Good Black Coffee. The lattes and specialty drinks are hit or miss.
  • Haven't had Maudite in a while, only $4 for happy hour!
  • Oysters are pretty dang good
  • They have the best escargot in Los Angeles.
  • Food is great ...on the sidewalk ...close your eyes and pretend you're in Paris... Hummm not quite!
  • One of my favorite French place in LA ! Delicious menu, nice bistrot atmosphere & affordable ! I highly recommand to keep a look to their dessert menu, just fabulous....
  • Go for happy hour and sit outside.
  • The escargot and mussels are yummy!
  • Ask to mix the steak tartare yourself.
  • Best happy hour that i've found in LA. Go for the $5 carpaccio.
  • One of my favorite places in LA!!
  • I've been here plenty of times but haven't tried anything. I deliver their vegetables, fruits, etc..(Nothin but the best!)...and when I do come to deliver it ALWAYS smells delicious!..I will try it :)
