Ok I decided to treat everyone to one of my famous smoked meats, for all my sausage recipes I use my own raised meats of pork and beef fresh garden herbs this is from my Fathers side of the family of Pennsylvania Dutch they would make Kielbasa and smoked sausages in the fall I do this in the fall after the livestock auction I will usually butcher a cow and a couple of hogs. We will then gather at the farm and make apple butter in a huge kettle and smoke the prepared sausages at a family gathering.
