This deserves 10 stars! One of the best homemade French Breads I have ever had. I had never heard of doing bread in my clay cooker, but will certainly be doing it from now on. Great crust and tender inside. Made great garlic bread. My clay cooker is a bit shorter than called for, but loaf was still a nice size and shape. Thank you for teaching this old dog a new trick! :)
