Foursquare Tips

  • Good best buy. Pick up service is awesome.
  • Had a great experience getting new phones, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure if you get your phone from here get the insurance from them too. It's better than what your carrier has.
  • I love how God's so call gifts to the world congregate at the mobile section telling you can get a free phone upgrade because they are not articulate in work ethics let a lone life
  • Do not like that you now have to make an appointment to get your computer checked waited more than a half hour. Need more geek squad assistants.
  • call the store and place your orders over the phone and your product will be here waiting for you!
  • Even with a skeleton crew, they do their best to help everyone
  • Bad customer service. Basically went out of their way to discourage us from shopping there and made it seem like doing their job was a chore.
  • Front registers closed in the morning now??? Customers left to wait up front aimlessly until told to go to mobile! Not good customer service...
  • It's as if bb dosent want to sell me a camera. The staff is going out of their way to discourage me.
  • Worst buy is more like it but we have $ 200 + gift card
  • We are there often!
  • Check out GUNNAR Optiks glasses - revolutionary technology eyewear that reduces eyestrain while you play games, watch TV, or use computers!
  • Merry Christmas Tiny Tim !!!!
  • Love this store
  • Go on and see Bas for internet and cable/TV services.
  • The guy in the tv Dept who is in 2 bands was really helpful today
  • This place never has anyone working in the laptop/e-reader section
  • Dont bother buying anything expensive. If you return it opened, they charge 15% restocking fee, no way around it. check online at other retailer
  • Might as well not have a Mac section. Recieved no help from employees and the Apple section only has wired products. Isn't this a technology store?
  • Don't bother asking employees anything. They will do whatever they can NOT to serve you. Can't find it? Buy it on Amazon in the store. Teach them the importance of Customer Service.
