Foursquare Tips

  • When we were still working on foursquare out of my apt, this place was where the very first "pop-up tip" actually worked ("At EV Tavern? Try the fries!") That's when I knew we were onto something good
  • It's a saints bar for adults!
  • If you want a danceoff this is the place..
  • Doesn't honor foursquare specials
  • Large selection of beers at good prices. Can be a little bit hit or miss, but they sometimes have some great finds on tap. The bar food is appropriately delicious and decadent.
  • NOT truly open for all early morning World Cup games. Don't believe the message on the answering machine!
  • Thursday nights are half priced lobster rolls. Only $7 for one of the best lobster rolls you can find in the city.
  • Go to East Village Tavern late night on a Saturday. DJ plays the same songs every time, but great for a dance party
  • Great fries!
  • Good beer, loud shitty music. Not recommended
  • Don't come here.
  • East Village $15.95 AYCD with brunch menu items
  • New Orleans Saints sound and music every game day.
  • Best place in NYC to watch the Saints!
  • No frills. Does what it says on the tin. Colm is a lovely barman though.
  • Bleh sports. Decent beer on tap
  • Just been there once but i had the burgers and it was great
  • Random ave c bar with decent music. Come late.
  • I like how positively normal this bar is, especially for being in the East Village. And their sandwiches are surprisingly amazing
