  • Nothing will ever beat Amoeba Hollywood, but this place is an acceptable substitute. Not nearly as big, but be patient in looking through the racks; there are hidden gems everywhere.
  • Best music store in SF Area!
  • Got some good suggestions for some new underground and bay area hip hop
  • Vinyl, CDs, DVDs, Posters, Shirts, Books. Was here for Record Store Day.
  • Cool to see Asian cinema section but for it to be lumped with Martial Arts in the title felt weird. Anyway, nice to browse
  • What's good? Precisely everything. The best record store in the East Bay.
  • Vinyl selection is on point
  • Not very many blu ray DVDs, but it's a record shop you know?
  • Check out the used blu ray section for some hidden low priced gems!
  • Excellent store with a vast selection of used classical CDs at great prices!
  • Music. Tage Sholly
  • Seems like they have less used vinyl than Rasputin.
  • Allison Weiss and Rachael Cantu Live at Amoeba -March 7th at 6pm
  • Record Store Day Black Friday
  • A must if you're in the East Bay. The one on Haight & Ashbury in San Francisco is my favorite, but Berkeley's Amoeba store is really great also.
  • Music outlet boasting huge variety of LPs and DVDs. If you're interested, bring your old and used discs to trade or sell.
  • checked in here tonite
  • They've got a surprising amount of anime. Check the bottom shelf under the cult animation section.
  • Holy cow, the out-of-print and Criterion dvd selection is mind-boggling. Go, get your mind boggled today.
  • If what you're looking for doesn't have its own section, check the mixed misc. section for that letter. There's a lot of stuff in there.
