Foursquare Tips

  • Love the 49er roll!!!
  • The omakase here is insane. Maybe best sushi I've had in the USA. Be sure to ask to try all the diff types of uni & eat something that's been blowtorched. (pic = wagyu, btw)
  • Get the omakase and save room for the A5 wagyu as the finisher. And ask for Allen!
  • Get the omakase, wagyu w black winter truffle and the 49 roll. Love this place.
  • This is the best sushi I have ever had. The tip is: eat sushi here.
  • Ask Ricky for the Nigiri tasting plate. His choice. You will not be disppointed.
  • Best sushi in town! Same quality as Ozumo but half the price. All sushis are prepared by 'Joe', the japanese owner.
  • Omakase is worth at least asking about
  • Omakase..also get the beef wagyu and uni. Their uni is some of the best I've ever had.
  • This is the best sushi I have ever eaten! Get the black tuna.
  • Horribly slow service but excellent sushi.
  • Try the Spider Roll - Fav!
  • Firecracker roll is hot hot hot
  • Volcano Roll = amazing!
  • Fish from all over the wotld. Just because it's maguro does not mean it's the same tuna... ask the chefs what's new in fish, and the waitstaff what new beers snd sake they have.
  • Must order: Ji-Kinmedai, Aka Mutsu, Russian uni, Ensui uni (unprocessed), Nama Hotate (next day aired, fresh, never frozen scallop, Kuruma ebi, Wagyu nigiri with truffle shavings
  • Sad. I have a major avocado allergy & halfway through I watched the chef make a roll, wipe the spoon on a towel, and wipe his hands and board with the same towel several times. Will not be back.
  • They changed their lunch menu to just be an all day dinner menu. The food was decent, but honestly value for money is not that great.
  • 49er roll: tempura, avocado, salmon and LEMON! Delicious and unusual yum yum
  • Great sushi at an even greater price. Btw the edamame is ONLY $3!! Make a reservation and treat your palate to an amazing experience!
