Tips

  • There's always about 60 people working at once but don't worry, it still takes 45 minutes to get a bagel with the wrong cream cheese.
  • Completely incompetent staff. But a decent bagel.
  • Instead of 2 lox sandwiches get 2 bagels with cream cheese and a 1/4 lb of lox. Plenty to go around and you can try any of the smoked salmon varieties.
  • This location just opened, and I've now been twice. The people working the cash registers don't know how to handle money...
  • A welcome addition to the Murray Hill area, and the perfect place to grab a bagel and lox before catching a train at Grand Central. Don't forget to add a chocolate rugelach to your order!
  • Get the pastrami with any of their bagels. Crazy good!
  • It should not be this complicated to order a bagel in New York. Skip it. You'd be better off at Dunkin Donuts next door.
  • We've been back a few times, and while the bagels are GREAT, the service is awful. They've yet to get any of our orders fully correct and the people are extremely unfriendly, which is unfortunate.
  • It would be a miracle if I could get anything in under 15 minutes! Augh!!
  • Best garlic low fat scallion cream cheese bagel around Midtown. They also have fresh strawberry cream cheese!
  • Yes, they use La Colombe coffee but they don't know how to make full use of it. Plus their service is so slow. Never tried their bagels so can't comment on their infamous lox :|
  • Ordered a Cafe Mocha. Never good when the barista asks, "What do they mean mocha?" She ended up just putting chocolate syrup in a drip coffee." Ended up going to Starbucks down the block.
  • The best bagels....worth every second of the wait !
  • If you're looking for a good bagel and lots of choices for smoked fish and great breakfast sandwiches, this is a "go out of your way place" in midtown. If you can't tolerate mediocre service, skip it
  • La Colombe coffee and breakfast served till 12.
  • Tiniest pickle ever comes with a sandwich. Terrible
  • Service is a complete dumpster fire. Sometimes the back ordering area is open, sometimes it isn't. Staff is completely clueless, and takes forever. 0-for-3 on getting out of there in under 10 minutes.
  • Great food! Really slow service, don't come here if your in a hurry
  • The Traditional, just right.
  • For WIFI try Dunkin' Donuts guest from next door. Its free and fast!
