The year 2014 ushers in the 25th edition of Art Miami in Midtown (Wynwood Arts District). The fair offers five days (six for VIPs) of incredible contemporary and modern international works. The Miami River Art Fair returns for four days of wonderful art to Downtown Miami at the James L. Knight International Center inside of the Downtown Miami Convention Center. The sizable contemporary art fair features individual artists as well as galleries in addition to creating educational initiatives featuring arts and cultural institutions, art research and more. Exhibitions are on display in two halls – the 27,000-square-foot Riverfront Hall and the 10,000-square-foot outdoor Sculpture Mall on the banks of the Miami River. The Miami River Art Fair also serves the purpose of assisting with the revitalization efforts of the Lower Miami River area.
