Foursquare Tips

  • Hands down, best lunch place in Midtown. Fast service, friendly staff, large portions, and perhaps most importantly, Cuban food! Plus, I challenge you to spend more than $10. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu)
  • Fried pork sandwich is the greatest of all time
  • Roast pork, yellow rice and sweet plantains= happy Charleen
  • Cuban sandwich or fried pork sandwich all the way. Get the green spicy sauce too.
  • oxtail yummy!
  • Really cheap & yummy empanadas for being in midtown.
  • Pork chops da bomb!!!
  • Fried pork sandwich is the BEST. They load on the sweet plantains.
  • Like the Pernil (Roast Pork) with yellow rice and sweet plantains. Make SURE they give you the green sauce (unfortunately "limit two").
  • All the special plates are LARGE, come hungry!
  • Chicken Sandwich or chicken rice n beans is a weekly lunch option. Come around noon, Tina's can handle a crowd well plus the foods fresh! Green sauce is the new platters white!
  • Delicious, quick Cuban for for lunch. Get any of the meat combos - it's enough for two meals if you want...or just eat the whole thing and take a nap.
  • It's all dangerous. Make sure you get the green and white sauce!
  • The green sauce is to die for...ask for it....you will be very happy you did! Spicy but good!
  • If you're in a rush, get it to go!
  • Very attentive and friendly staff. The portions are huge! You have a great selection from chicken, steak, pork and sides. Enjoy!
  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays they have chicken soup.
  • This place has an authentic menu of traditional Cuban food. Staff are friendly & the service is fast.
  • The green sauce is awesome. Put it on EVERYTHING to add a little kick!
