Foursquare Tips

  • Someone please tell them skinny jeans are out
  • This clubby game room and bar, located in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel, has 2 vintage bowling lanes & a vibe that couldn't be less like a bowling alley... also quite possibly the best Moscow Mule ever!
  • This Roosevelt Hotel playroom's got monster ceilings, leather lounge chairs, in-table backgammon, and two full-on bowling alleys.
  • It may have been the crowd, it may have been the DJ, it may have been the light drizzle on the windows overlooking the bowling alleys ... but this is one of the chillest spots in LA.
  • May we suggest a round of Jenga?
  • Old-school games are the theme with a helping of VIP allure: break-the-bank craft cocktails, $100/hour bowling (there are only two lanes, and theyre vintage) and, of course, beautiful people.
  • Look for Edwin. Great bar tender.
  • Check out the vintage bowling lanes
  • Game Night on Mondays hosted by The Revelry Collective features different weekly games and prizes from different businesses!
  • Find the hidden photo booth
  • Great drinks with fresh ingredients! Order the one with cucumber or passion fruit, sometimes not listed on the menu.
  • If you're with a group of four or more, order up a cocktail punch ($60 for punch for 4-6 people). Best enjoyed over a board game or while bowling.
  • The secret photo booth costs $5.00 and only takes credit cards
  • Don't get a table here. There will be some "miscommunication" and they will charge you for more both bottles!
  • Great place for sophisticated bowling, cocktails, bites, and gatherings.
  • This old-school gaming parlour and cocktail lounge in the Roosevelt Hotel in LA has been created for the young at heart. A new entry into the top 100.
  • Look out for celebs incognito. Hot spot. Get the Boyd and Blair's vodka in anything.
  • Everything at The Roosevelt is amazing, including the spare room. Bowling, craft cocktails and old school games. #perfect
  • At The Spare Room, waitresses in Gatsby-era dresses offer classically simple cocktails with seasonal additions. Sporting is encouraged, so dont be surprised if youre challenged to a board game.
  • New Hollywood meets Old Hollywood. A beautiful, classy bar with excellent bartenders. Try the Fernet Egg Cream.
