Seoul Sausage Food Truck
Want to know what passion, word of mouth, and crazy good Korean BBQ create? Seoul Sausage, a venture started by two families — the Kims and the Ohs. Launched in 2010, these guys kicked things off with their Kalbi, marinated short ribs, and their spicy pork sausages. The food was so good it gave birth to a legion of fans eager wait in line at street fairs. Movie studios and Fortune 500 companies have catered events with this outstanding fare, and both wineries and chefs have made requests for private orders. They also basically managed to figure out a way to time the launch of their brick-and-mortar restaurant to them winning Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race. Top that. — Nina Fomufod, 11/13/2012

Bring a flat bottom bag if you plan on ordering food for more then two people. It makes it sooo much easier to carry.
Eat this! via @MaryLees - da Clevelander is a Korean BBQ infused burger served with Kimchi garlic jalapeo aioli. They use 80/20 beef & marinate it in the sauceno need to add a thing to this burger!
I suggest moving this truck to today's location. 67th and Detroit, Cleveland OH
Eat this! via @MaryLees - da Seoulish Boi is a Korean spiced pork sandwich topped with fresh apple cabbage slaw and Korean spiced tater tots. IMHO, the fresh apple slaw totally makes this sandwich!
