Foursquare Tips

  • Back before Austin's Thai food boom, Satay owner Foo Swasdee was serving it up, delicious and authentic. She's still practicing her art with favorites like duck in red curry and grilled spicy snapper.
  • Delcious Thai cuisine, with a fantastic patio (for when it's not so darn hot). Decor could use a bit of sprucing up, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it ...
  • Salmon Chu Chee is so good. Lots of flavor.
  • For something special and delicious order the Miang Khum starter
  • The green curry is phenomenal!
  • Great place. Best Thai I've found in Austin. Get desert - very interesting fare. Cool cocktails, too!
  • The tofu pad Thai was great. Next time I will get a little extra spice but overall, great. The happy hour is good too. $3 appetizers (regularly $8) and $1 off house wine, $3 frozen drinks, etc.
  • Perfect for lunch. Average service and flavors.
  • Singapore noodles, Siamese duck, Thai beef salad, curries, pretty much everything is good! I've never had a bad dish here.
  • Thai Tea is just right. Not too sweet, but sweeet. Pad Thai and Tofu is delicious.
  • Live music tonight. Guitarist, Margaret Slovak.
  • Su Chee Salmon.
  • Live music tonight. Jazz and classical solo guitar by Margaret Slovak. No cover.
  • Jade's Garden With Beef is Perfection!
  • DWI! Yummy!
  • Delicious food and a recently redone interior. Sits in an unromantic strip mall but don't be deterred.
  • Always trust a thai restaurant with khao soi on the menu. This place does. If only there was goong cha nam pla, then we would be set
  • Just stay away
  • Awesome thai food I have ever had!
  • It was awesome ... I fucking love Thai food
