Tips

  • Order a hefeweissen and the apple strudel. And if you have time, say hello to the two drunk, lovely ladies living the floor above.
  • It's always Christmas in here. Even if it's not the actual season but you're feeling low on the yuletide spirit in your day to day, this place will definitely have you singing Mariah when you leave.
  • Always have the Mulled Wine!
  • Try the potato pancakes!
  • Mulled wine, potato pancakes. Christmas everyday here.
  • The most popular time of year to visit this spot is around the holiday season, as the Christmas decor is unbeatable. To warm yourself up, order the Gluhwein and the apple strudel.
  • It looks like your mom's old box of Christmas ornaments threw up in here after a heavy night of drinking after a bad break up..... And I love it!
  • Amazing during Christmas!
  • Incredible atmosphere - looks like the bar is inside of Christmas Tree. Come for the photos and a drink.
  • Great drink selection -- German beers, wine, and interesting specialty cocktails. I wasn't expecting the food to be anything spectacular..
  • Great spot for anyone not prone to seizures.
  • Really authentic German food. Worth the price for some quality schnitzel.
  • This place used to be awesome. I would recommend drinks only and avoid the over priced food.
  • The mulled wine is gorgeous!
  • The place gets so packed during the holidays, try to snag a reservation so you have some elbow room. Split the potato pancakes, the portions are huge!
  • Come here just to see the Xmas decorations. They are on steroids. Their mulled wine is amazing!
  • It's the place where Christmas exploded!
  • Nice place. Way too damn hot. Cool off with a lager or five and try to spot the hidden Easter eggs. The King salmon was pretty good but rice was definitely way overcooked. Worth a visit!
  • we love dean beer
  • Do not after 1pm on a Saturday unless you want to hate Christmas
