  • Bartender is awesome, knows his food and wines, chocolate torte and port awesome finish for your dinner :)
  • Good food. A little high-end for our style, but good.
  • Great place for a date night! Our server was knowledgable and friendly.
  • I wasn't expecting this quality of fine dining in a town the size of Staunton. Locally sourced menu, thoughtful preparation. Can't go wrong here.
  • Pork two ways for the win!
  • "Chef James Harriss take on mountain comfort cooking finds local ingredients playing a French tune." --T+L
  • The place gets its name from the ancient word for "Shenandoah," and that's appropriate for a restaurant that celebrates products grown in the nearby Valley, as well as the Piedmont.
  • Great food herr
  • Food is amazing, staff is friendly and Chef came out to tell us how he prepares his to-die-for zucchini cakes. What more cld u want? Other than the pork, the chkn, the foie gras, the chocolates...
  • Try one of each of the Virginia beers on tap... enough to make you say, "Oh, Virginia!"
  • We visited for brunch and I had the cornbread French Toast. It was very good. It balances that sweet and savory balance.
  • Local farm food.
  • So overrated it's beyond belief. The dessert and the service was great. But they pushed the ribeye that night and I made the mistake of buying in. It was incredibly mediocre.
