Foursquare Tips

  • Possibly one of the best Japanese sushi restaurant in Shanghai. Pricey but definitely worth it.
  • Comparable to the sushi experience I had in Tsukiji Market in Tokyo!! Superb! The best sushi and sashimi in town
  • Chef Kamezaki! Cute. Funny. Relaxed setting. Come! Yummy. ;)
  • Super lunch pricing
  • This revered Tokyo brands first Shanghai location uses citruses and rare salts in flavouring. Try the sushi set (160RMB) for an eight piece meal featuring a revolving selection of fish and meats.
  • Sushi set and fresh sashimi of the day!!!
  • Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), a red-skinned fish, is favoured in Tokyo as a winter comfort food. Served here aburi-style part-seared piqued with lime and soy, it has a lovable, buttery softness.
  • Best eel sushi in town!
  • Toro is awesome!
  • Indeed the best value for money high end Japanese in SH. Fish is daily imported from Japan , all the chefs are Japanese .authentic experience
  • Sushi are amazing. Go for the 12 pcs set and sit at the bar. Also try shrimp tempura and matcha ice cream.
  • Sushi n sashimi
  • I only go for lunch sets. Definitely sit at the bar.
  • Excellent sashimi, good selection of sake and friendly service come at a premium price.
  • Prob Shanghai's best sushi. Salts are interesting and nice atmosphere. Surprisingly they were very kid friendly.
  • Everything! Ume is the best. So fresh. Scorched tuna toro sashimi. Grilled toro. The squid with wasabi. Wow!
  • Real Japanese sushi chefs and a nice atmosphere.
  • OOibkkkk bby
  • Sorry to say, Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime was taken over by a Chinese. New owner got skilled chefs from Japan out of his restaurants. Not sure their fishes and rice are the same as before
  • 450 onwards for dinner set. Fish was passable for Japan standard but sushi making was clearly not. Rice was falling off all the time and PRC chef placed wet pieces of sushi rice on my plate.
