Tips

  • Best brisket in HK
  • As good as the beef brisket at Kau Kee. The stock's key ingredient is large chunks of daikon (large radish), making it lighter and sweeter than in many other beef brisket places. Just love it
  • Remember to order which is the same price as regular beef brisket.
  • Remember to ask for more fatty beef brisket when you get your beef brisket bowl! Or else your beef brisket will be too lean and chewy! White raddish is no good in here.
  • English name: Sister Wah. Right next to post office.
  • Brisket, turnip and broth to die for, I had it with rice and veggies, the best meal so far in Hong Kong and cost only 60HKD
  • Nice noodles, the owner speaks english
  • Local joint to experience great beef brisket noodle soup
  • Nice turnip soup. Will be back.
  • Ho fan () is silky smooth, but the beef brisket is quite chewy and dry.
  • OK
  • This place is great for soup noodles! Beef brisket and tendon is my favourite. Don't accidentally go to the clone next door that just isn't as good
  • Frankly, a bit overrated.
  • Great noodle shop, the curry beef noodle hits the spot every time
  • Beef Brisket Soup and Curry Brisket Stir bpth with Ee Fu noodles.... though I like Kau Kee better. The raddish and soya is awesome though!
  • Dan dan noodles with beef brisket are truly a hit, also tried the fried chicken wings with veggie rice and the wantan noodles in chilli sauce, great stuff and cheap (for hong kong), 50$ per meal!
  • Their brisket noodle is delish!
  • Very authentic. Go for the beef noodle soup.
