  • The onion rings. OMG, the onion rings!
  • Best view from the east side looking west. Get there just b4 sunset. Great wine flights.
  • Look for the ingredients in all capital lettersmizuna, arugula, radishes, green tomatoes, herbson the menu at this wine bar; it means they were raised in the rooftop garden.
  • Happy hour is fantastic!
  • Last time I was here I sat on the deck. The view was epic, if a little undershaded.
  • Burger and onion rings were amazing!
  • One of the best views in town.
  • The casual atmosphere and affordable price points here make the dishes all the richer, especially when paired with a slew of worldly wines.
  • Noble Rot is the upper-middle class version of drinking Mad Dog on the Burnside Bridge, but should you decide to clean up your act you'll enjoy great wine, service, and food - plus a charming view.
  • Nice patio. The service was good. The salmon was delicious and definitely worth a try. The steak wasn't that bad, however, not going to order it again. For sure will visit it again.
  • Lovely views of Portland, great food and vibe.
  • Three of us all had different entrees and we thought each one was better than the others. Very good food and very good service. Probably not the best place for a family with kids but a great place.
  • Terrific high quality food, happy hour is the best
  • Great view, open deck and friendly staff!
  • If you ask them, they'll tell you that the house water comes from their private underground aquifer below the building, which seems like a very 'Portland' thing to say... & I honestly couldn't tell.
  • The view is amazing! Try and sit near the window, if you can. The food is great! I ordered the burger and it's definitely one of the best I've ever had. I tried my friend's steak and it was amazing!
  • Pretty, young people galore. Great views of the city. Nice drink list. Menu is a little unfocused but the former three points make up for it.
  • Great view! Burger was lovely.
  • Porch is enclosed in winter, with heaters blasting. You definitely won't need a coat!
  • This is a must try! PB&J everytime i do it lose my mind and replace with amazing sweet mmms
